New charity preview by Fundació CODESPA: "Simple Things"
At the CODESPA Catalunya Foundation, we’re organizing a new charity film preview featuring the comedy “Las cosas sencillas,” and we’d love to have you with us.
Why is it important that you come?
At CODESPA, we’ve been working since 1985 to end the extreme poverty suffered by people in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. We help the most vulnerable so they have the opportunity to unleash their full potential, so they can find decent, stable work and become self-sufficient. To do this, we provide them with knowledge, financial services, and market opportunities. To date, we’ve helped more than 5 million people. And, with your help, we want to help many more.
The funds raised from this charity preview will go toward the project “Economic Recovery and Sustainable Livelihoods for Waorani Women in the Ecuadorian Amazon”. Are you in?
Synopsis:
Vincent is a successful businessman. One morning, his sports car breaks down on a mountain road and his hectic lifestyle is interrupted. Pierre, who lives isolated from the modern world in the middle of nature, comes to his aid and offers his hospitality. The friendship between these two very different men will shake their respective certainties. Is each really living the life they want to live?
