Your generosity has tax advantages

If you are a company or legal entity, you can deduct 40% of the donation on your Corporate Tax return; or 50% if you have donated an equal or greater amount to the same entity in the last three fiscal years.

If your company pays taxes in the Basque Country or Navarre, the tax deductions may be different.

If you would like to request a Certificate of your donation, please write to us at barcelona@fundaciocodespa.org before December 31 of the year in which you made it, including your tax information.
