The owner of the website is Fundació CODESPA Catalunya (hereinafter ‘CODESPA Catalunya’), with CIF number G-62336011 and with registered office at Carrer Rosselló, 186 5º 5ª, Barcelona. It is registered in the Register of Foundations of the Department of Justice of the Generalitat de Catalunya under number 1483.
2. Use of the portal
Fundació CODESPA Catalunya provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data (hereinafter, ‘the contents’) on the Internet belonging to CODESPA Catalunya or its licensors to which the user can have access. The user assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration that may be necessary to access certain services or contents.
All information provided by CODESPA Catalunya will be truthful and lawful.
The user commits to make an adequate use of the contents that CODESPA Catalunya offers through its portal and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to incur in illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order activities; to spread contents or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, apology of terrorism or against human rights; etc.
The User will have to respond to any of the non-authorised uses referred to and to any use that damages, renders useless, overloads, deteriorates or prevents the normal use of the materials and information contained in the Website, the information systems or the documents, files and all kinds of contents stored in any computer equipment (hacking) of CODESPA Catalunya or of any User of the Website.

The relationship between Fundació CODESPA Catalunya and the user will be governed by the Spanish regulations in force and any controversy will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.

CODESPA Catalunya will try to ensure that the contents of the Website are updated and revised, without this implying any guarantee about the adequacy, accuracy or completeness of the information provided. That is to say, that the information contained in the Website is exact, complete or updated. CODESPA Catalunya expressly declines any responsibility for errors or omissions in the information contained in the Website.
Under no circumstances will CODESPA Catalunya be responsible for damages that could derive from the access or the impossibility to access the Website.
CODESPA Catalunya will in no case be responsible for the contents that could be visualized directly or indirectly in the Website through links or hyperlinks, which can be unilaterally removed by CODESPA Catalunya at any time. The links contained in the website do not indicate the existence of any contractual relationship between the entities that own the websites referenced and CODESPA Catalunya.
5. Industrial and intellectual property rights
5.1. Industrial property
The name Fundación CODESPA, as well as other distinctive signs (graphic or denominative) that appear in this website, are duly registered. CODESPA has the exclusive right to use them publicly. Therefore, their use by third parties without express authorisation is forbidden.
The eventual presence in this website of distinctive signs of ownership other than those mentioned in the previous paragraph is carried out without commercial purposes and with the authorisation of their legitimate owners, always with due respect to their rights.
5.2. Domain name
The domain name ‘Fundaciocodespa.org’ and all those used to access directly to the present website are property of CODESPA Catalunya, and its use corresponds exclusively to CODESPA Catalunya. The improper use of the same in the economic traffic would suppose an infraction of the rights conferred by its registration.
5.3. Intellectual property
The contents, texts, photographs, designs, logos, images, sounds, videos, animations, recordings, computer programs, source codes and, in general, any intellectual creation on this Website are protected as copyright by intellectual property legislation.
Except in the case of works that, due to the passage of time or for any other reason, have passed into the public domain or are not protected by intellectual property laws, all authors whose creations are accessible through this Website have transferred to CODESPA the rights of reproduction and public communication of their works.
The user is expressly authorised by CODESPA to visualise, print, copy or store the protected contents (including the files in PDF format) on his/her hard disk or other physical support, as long as this is done for the user’s personal and private purposes or for its use as a source of information in conferences and training courses, for which CODESPA must be explicitly indicated as the source of the information used.
The use of any material available on the Website for commercial purposes, distribution or on-line diffusion is forbidden, as well as the modification, alteration or decompilation of the aforementioned contents.

All images on this site are property of CODESPA Foundation and are protected by copyright, except for the logos of collaborating companies and organisations. Improper use without the express consent of the organisation may be considered a legal offence.
Jerónimo Ribero, professional photographer, has voluntarily ceded to us the intellectual property of some of the photos that can be found on this website.
