Codespa Foundation's new charity film preview: "The Miracle Club".
At the CODESPA Catalunya Foundation, we organize charity events to bring together our friends, partners, and collaborators and raise funds for our projects. On this occasion, we’ll be attending the premiere of the film “The Miracle Club,” a comedy starring Maggie Smith, Kathy Bates, and Laura Linney. And we’d love to have you with us.
Why is it important that you come?
At CODESPA, we’ve been working on socioeconomic development cooperation projects since 1985 with the goal of ending poverty in developing countries. We help the most vulnerable access decent, stable work so they can become self-sufficient. We do this by providing them with specialized knowledge and training, financial services, and market opportunities.
We’ve already helped more than 5.5 million people, and we’d like more like them to have the opportunity to improve their lives. And that’s where you can help. Because any contribution, no matter how small, helps.
The funds raised at this charity preview will go to support the project “Social Reintegration of Former Child Soldiers in Juvenile Detention Centers in Goma, DR Congo.”

Synopsis:
A group of housewives on the verge of a nervous breakdown win an all-expenses-paid trip to Lourdes. Without a second thought, they accept the prize and set off in search of a life-changing mystical experience. Meanwhile, their husbands must take care of the household.
We would like to thank MOOBY Cinemas and A Contracorriente Films, for making this charity event possible by providing us with the theater and film, respectively.
