The CODESPA Foundation is once again participating in the Pedralbes Christmas Market with a charity stand

The Pedralbes Residents’ Association is organizing the 14th edition of the Pedralbes Christmas Market this year. CODESPA Catalonia Foundation will be there again with a stand, and we’d love for you to come and meet us.

• Location: Plaça del Monestir de Pedralbes (Barcelona)

This market has a distinctly family-oriented, neighborhood feel, with the Plaça de Pedralbes filled with stalls offering a wide range of products geared toward the Christmas holidays. Decorative items, sweets, and many ideas for gifts or treats. In addition, numerous children’s and cultural activities are held throughout the day, and there is a food court with a wide range of catering and bar options.

Since 1985, CODESPA has helped nearly 6 million people escape poverty. And we want to help many more. That’s why CODESPA Catalonia Foundation is collaborating once again this year with this charity event, aiming to raise funds for its development cooperation projects. This time, we have the exceptional support and collaboration of Lindt, Pancracio, Crispins and Valor, who have donated exquisite chocolates that you can purchase at our stand. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase handicrafts from some of our projects in Ecuador and Guatemala. This gives you some very good, and sweet, reasons to visit us.

We encourage you to come and browse the various stands, get inspired for your Christmas decorations, buy some gifts in advance, and have a drink in a festive atmosphere and in good company. In addition, on this day, the Monastery Museum is holding an open day and can be visited free of charge, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
