The Board of Trustees guides and advises the activities of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation, ensuring that the primary purposes for which it was founded are met. We share a President and General Director with CODESPA.

Andrés FONTENLA CONTRERAS
He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA since November 2020 and is currently its President. He also co-chairs the CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since January 2024. He holds a degree in Law and specializes in International Trade. He has a degree in Senior Business Management from IESE (PADE). He is a partner at Recarte & Fontenla Executive Search, a consultancy specializing in executive and board searches, a position he has also held at global firms such as Korn Ferry.
Eduardo CONDE MUNTADAS – PRIM
He joined CODESPA Catalunya Foundation in 1998 and is currently Vice President of the Board of Trustees and a member of the Executive Committee. He is also Vice President of the Board of Trustees and a member of the Executive Committee of CODESPA. He holds a degree in Law. He is a partner at Seeliger & Conde, a leading firm in Spain in the search and development of executive talent. He previously worked in the financial sector.
José Ignacio GONZÁLEZ-ALLER GROSS
General Director of CODESPA since April 2006 and a member of its Board of Trustees, he has also served on the CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since 2006. His professional activity has been linked to the promotion of various social, educational, and development institutions.
Luís CARRERAS del RINCÓN
Secretary of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since its founding in 2000. A practicing lawyer since 1984, he is the Managing Partner of Bufet Carreras Llansana.
Maria ABADAL SCHWANDT
Associated with CODESPA since 2000 as a volunteer, she joined the Board of Trustees of the CODESPA Catalunya Foundation in 2019. She studied law and has been actively involved as a volunteer with various NGOs. She currently collaborates in the real estate sector. Previously, she worked in consulting and team coordination in the restaurant, publishing, airline, and clothing sectors, among others.
Lourdes AMIGÓ de BONET IBAÑES
Member of the Board of Trustees of the CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since 2022 and member of the Executive Committee. With a degree in law, she currently works at the Roca Junyent law firm, where she is an Associate and part of the M&A team specializing in impact investments. She is also part of the Insurance Law team at Roca Junyent, as well as the Latin American Desk. Involved in Catalan civil society through her participation in the Barcelona Economic Society of Friends of the Country, where she is secretary and member of the Board of Directors.
Luís BADRINAS PILÓN
Member of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since 2013. Graduate in Law, Master's in Finance. Founder of LB&Partners. A specialist in Insurance Banking, he began his career at Banco Vitalicio. He has been a General Director of Zurich Vida and a Director of several Group companies. He is currently CEO and co-founder of Barcelona Health Hub.
Josep Maria BONMATI PÉREZ
Member of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since 2010. Graduate in Economics and Business Administration (University of Barcelona). PDG IESE. He is currently the General Director of AECOC, an organization that represents more than 32,000 companies, and is a member of the Executive Committee of GS1, an organization that develops and promotes the implementation of efficiency standards in more than 100 countries.
Javier FONT AUSIÓ
He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since 2007 and a member of the Executive Committee. He holds a law degree and has been practicing law since 1986. He is the Founder and Partner of BCN Legal & Consulting Group.
María GASPART BUENO
Joined the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation in 2008. She holds a degree in Law. Since 1993, she has worked in the family business in various positions, including hotel management. She is currently a partner in a new hotel chain, Atiram Hotels.
Patricia GUERÍN FIGUERAS
Joined the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation in 2004 and has been a member of the Executive Committee. She holds a degree in Biological Sciences and is trained in Naturopathy and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She is a nutrition specialist and author of the book "Energy Diet Therapy According to the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine." She currently teaches workshops and courses, and provides consulting and holistic therapies.
Alejandro MIRÓ-SANS SOLER-LLURÓ
Member of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since 2022 and member of the Executive Committee. With a degree and master's degree in Business Administration, he has more than 10 years of experience in the national and international consulting sector. He currently serves as a Director at Russell Bedford and is responsible for the Strategic Consulting business in Spain. Previously, he worked in the consumer goods and distribution sector.
Regina MOLINS LÓPEZ-RODÓ
Member of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since 2018. Niece of Laureano López Rodó, founder and driving force of the CODESPA Foundation. She has been involved in associations and/or foundations such as the Associació de Familias Nombroses de Catalunya from 1994 to 2018. She has completed several family business management programs at IESE and is currently a member of the Board of Otinix, S.L.
Marisa del ROSARIO SANFELIU
She joined CODESPA Catalunya Foundation in 2008 and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees and the Executive Committee. She holds a degree in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She currently works as a consultant on education projects and non-governmental organizations. Previously, she was a Project Manager at Boston Consulting Group in London and Madrid, and also founded an educational toy company.
Mercedes SOLER-LLURÓ BORRELL
She has been a member of the Board of Trustees of CODESPA Catalunya Foundation since its founding in 2000 and a member of the Executive Committee. She holds a degree in Information Sciences and Art History. She is a founding partner of the communications agency ICE, Imagen y Comunicación Empresarial, where she is currently the Managing Director. She has previously worked as an account manager for various communications and PR companies, including Ulled y As, and Grey Trace.
